The event runs from 10:00 to 2:00 pm...we plan to have a table set up...always a good event to show the flag and recruit...start thinking of what we can do and display...planes, ELT's, L-Per, vehicle, etc...we need maximum participation...

I would like for the cadets to come up with some displays for this event. We will have a table and some space behind the table...let's come up with some neat eye catching posters/displays showing what CAP does...

I hope that many of you are planning on attending this great event...we need someone to make some displays...post photos of activities...etc...suggestions are welcome.

Does anyone happen to have a folding table that we can use for Saturday? Lt. Isbell said if not then we could use one from the armory, but it would be easier if one of us brought one. On fortunately I don't have one anymore.
I have the posters and handouts I just have to pack them up nice,
If you could bring your books that would be cool, because then if you get somebody interested you could show them some stuff.
Just make sure your uniforms look really sharp, and your boots are nicely polished. Be prepared to answer questions.
I think I am going to bring my dads laptop with a CAP power point that I made. |
